Bts finance

Hi i payd R2800 for clearing my name Natasha and the other lady told me it wil be clear on 2 weeks its almost 2 year now that I'm still waiting always story's of just give it time empty promise Everytime send me some documents from dmc of what i owe them but still nothing happened please everyone they make you come to there office and tell you a story my friend was there with me same story didn't clear his name lucky for him someone helped him pay all his debt and hie made his name clear but myne stil in debt please if someone can help me solve this problem with bts finance
