BAD BUSSINESS ETHICETS

I have met up with a consultant named achmat and was assured within 10 days i will have my stuff sorted its. i later the week send emails to their company and calls was made to have this cancelled but somehow they never received anything. my emails i sent keeps on bouncing back. their debited my account and now its a hassle to refund my money. i am i processing of opening a civil case against the company.
