Awful service

I dealt with a Kellan who initially was very willing to assist,and then once the contracts were signed,he became mute,i attempted to get hold of my contract from him and the company and and the entire time,I kept on getting moved from pillar to post,they debited my money and when i eventually asked for them to cancel the contract and refund me my money they all started to respond and sent me snippets of my contract,which says there are no refunds,which was in the contract that I'd been requesting for , for more than a month.I decided against pursuing it further but The overall experience was really annoying and a waste of time and money.
