Worst and most costly experience!

Horrible experience! They damaged all our furniture from scratching and denting the fridge to managing to lose the legs of the bed, scratching the washing machine, tv cabinet, dressing table, damaged the couch etc. They promised to provide materials to protect all furniture but it seems the furniture was dumped at the back of their truck with no protective measures to prevent scratches etc. They made empty promises to claim from their insurance but to no avail till today. Yet they wanted payment immediately despite our feedback. The scary thing is the cost of the damage far excedes the moving cost. We strongly recommend that you don't utilise their services unless you are willing to pay a hefty penalty!
