BTK Movers - Worst Customer Experience Ever!

Worst customer experience ever!

I was very disappointed and frustrated with BTK Movers. I made a booking for them to move my furniture and other belongings on 1 Dec 2019. We agreed on 7 am, the driver only arrived at 8pm! No one called to tell me they were running late, I had to call them multiple times before I was told they were experiencing issues. I kept calling and would not be given a straight answer and one person called and said they were finding an alternative however this did not materialize. Thereafter whenever I called, the phones would either go to voicemail or just be left unanswered.

I honestly found this unprofessional and unacceptable, I waited over 12 hours! I still have not even received a courtesy call from their customer service or owner to apologise for this!
