BTK MOVERS ******* AND *****

BTK movers is the worst movers I have ever encountered. They first off all come with a truck to small for all your items even though you provided a full inventory list, their excuse is they didn't expect the stuff to be so big. They then double the price while you are moving which you are forced to pay as your items are already loaded. They also stole from my house as we found my husbands iPad in their truck. They also stole another item of mine which we lodged a claim for with the company, Craig (not his real name) will then harass you to make final payment and tell you that your claim is lodged (it is not) and say you will get refunded as they are fully aware that the item is missing. Upon final payment, your calls will be avoided and your emails ignored. If you decide to call from another number (which I did) they begin to tell you lies upon lies. Eventually you phone the insurance company because you want feedback to which the insurance company advises they rejected because the value of the claim is less than the excess so the company must settle. BTK then tells you another lie that the insurance company won't pay because they story doesn't add up and that they also refuse to pay. BTK was unaware that I spoke to the insurance consultant that did the claim and gave me the real reason. So now I have a items missing which won't be replaced and have paid a moving bill twice my budget
