Failed to submit my security course reports to Psira

Dear Sir/Madam

I want to inform and get assisted with my course results. I have registered and pay for security grades course (grade EDCB&A)with BTC Training (Africa) (Pty) Ltd, Psira no. ***, Psira T 1792 from 08 May 2023 until 12 June 2023.

They only send school certificate which was not a problem. Now they are not uploading my results to psira. When I call and as them, they always saying they are busy with uploading.

The school director **** to me said they uploaded E but nothing on the psira system. They only uploaded D&B after confirming with psira office. They are taking long to upload my results. It is almost five weeks now but my results are not yet uploaded, going for the sixth week now. I am not really satisfied with their slow moving to upload my results. Please can you intervene and assist here.
