XBOX LIVE RENEWAL VOUCHER NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
Went to BT Games The Glen 06 February 2016 to enquire about Xbox live account expiring.. Staff recommended an Xbox live gold membership voucher and guaranteed that I could renew Xbox live account with said voucher.
Paid R849-00 for the voucher and left. On 09 February, tried to renew using voucher code, but error message advising that code is not valid. I then renewed online using my credit card for R590-00.
E-Mailed Larry at BT Games Head Office and he said he would investigate with Microsoft after I sent him the code for the voucher. Various mails up & down to Larry at BT Games and he now says I must phone Microsoft..

Said voucher not fit for purpose and is fully refundable in terms of the CPA. BT Games are absolving themselves of responsibility by passing the buck back to me.

Refund me in full because the store staff sold me an item that is not fit for purpose. Since when does a customer have to phone the retailers supplier?

I will now exercise my right to protest and will be a moving billboard by posting my experience in the back window of my car. Still no refund from this bunch and they have just lost a customer.

Will post on social media/.

SHAME ON YOU BT GAMES!!!
