worst service ever

<p>BT games ...Clearwater mall......worst experience ever.....bought a game for my son for R299.00....got home , the game needed a hard drive,took it back the next day....they refused to change it for another...and the best part they offered me a whole R85. 00 to buy the game back....spoke to the manager "sorry sir it's company policy " I can't do anything. ....I've got 3 sons that support this store...I've will never buy anything from BT GAMES clearwater again...</p>
