Worst Service and Attitude

Honestly the worst customer service. You give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they are having an off day... but it is every time. The lady who works at Canal Walk has the worst attitude I have ever come across. Not helpfully, rude, impatient. BT Games either need to get better staff or manage them better.
