WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A CONSOLE

Worst place to purchase a console from.firstly had to go thru a whole debate when it comes to the return policy even tho it states return to store within the first 30 days.staff member kept on telling me to go to the supplier even tho the page I signed indicated that I should visit the store.secondly it takes more than 5 days to check if a item is faulty console was picked up on a Friday after I left my item at the store the 14th had to call in to hear they found the fault the following Friday.third you as the client have to do your own follow up after calling numerous times to find out what the outcome is I found out on the 10th day that my device has been deemed faulty but there is no stock in Cape Town only In Johannesburg.From my understanding couriers take about 2-4 days to get a item from Johannesburg but they still don’t have a eta on that either so I’ll probably have to continue to do my own updates as a Client and go thru this endless cycle I demand an exchange or a refund and will definitely inform friends and family This is not the place to purchase.
