Worst customer service

Your staff at Clearwater Mall branch were extremely unhelpful and condescending toward me when trying to exchange a game. I lost my receipt and when asked about the process to get authorisation from head office, they literally said that they don't know when or how long it would take. They said that their names were Damian and Shayne when asked. All I want is to exchange my daughter's Christmas present for something that she can use. Please can someone help.
