Worst Customer Service

<p>Bought GTA5 from the Kollonade branch. After asking the salesman twice if internet is needed for the game, it was said ONLY for activation. Once installed I was surprised with a 66GB, that's right, 66 GIGABYTE, update. Previous games bought at the same branch had stickers on stating high internet usage. This has been the second time that I had a problem with BT Games. Doesn't help phoning head office as they don't care about customers. No refund on the mistake made by the salesman. This company must be in serious financial problems due to this issue as it was clearly a mistake on their side. I will never buy there again or recommend anyone to go there. SAD.</p>
