Very poor service

Bought new items from Bt games amd found the remotes and sound to malfunction.went back spend half my day to try and get the issue resolved and still no help.The company said we should contact the supplier and resolve it with them.I refuse to do so as i paid BT games for the items.and my receipt is from BT games.End of day my issues was not resolved and their management is too much of a ***ard to resolve the matter directly with me and made it clear that he is not available to deal with my petty complaint and equipment that is less than 1 day old....Watch out for Bt games Clear water!!!!
