Very bad services no respectful

I went online bt games at kenilworth. I add cart (far cry 4 xbox one) for today they have stock and I got email that confirm for keeping the game for me one side. I went to Kenilworth to bt games and I show a email that I ordered it now they only have a far cry 4 limited edition but I show them a proof online bt games for far cry 4 for R565.00 normal one but he want to give me a limited edition but I do not want that one. I want Normal far cry 4. He want to charge me for r799 for normal one. I come here for nothing all way from home. I'm disappointed very bad services.I have a proof of everything on my phone and a photos.I will never come there again. No name badges and no Greet? .
