Unfair delivery charges

It is very sad to give such a poor review but I am rather upset with the turn of events.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and have not once run into any problems at the (Soon to be closed) Vaal Mall store. As it stands now, I have a pending order that outdates the closure of the store and need to change the pick-up point to a different branch or have it delivered. Seeing as the next nearest store is 120km round trip, I do not believe this to be a viable option, and have promptly requested the product to be delivered.

Under normal circumstances I would have no problem with a delivery fee, as I have opted for this option before when knowing I will not be able to make it for collection. This time round it is extremely unfair to be forced to pay ~R250 for a delivery that I was originally going to collect.

I understand the aera of Digital content is now, but this was still a choice and I believe certain considerations should have been made as situations like this must surely have been expected.
