Trustworthy for online purchase

I was seriously worried to order from BT Games due to their trust rating. I read many reviews and saw that it was mostly about customer service, and decided that I would take the plunge as their price was the best for what I wanted. My order was delivered within 3 days, our area is considered as outlying. It was well packed and even the Courier was very friendly. No complaints yet! Have to wait to test the product itself, but I am sure there will be no issues. They do warn on their site that faulty items will be sent in for repairs or inspection before exchange..which see to be the issue with most complaints against them. They seem to be reliable enough to order from, you do receive your items.
