Totally and utterly useless

<p>I pre-ordered Farpoint PSVR with the aim controller on the 7th on May 2017. I have been waiting in great anticipation for months for this game after it was announced at E3. The game was supposed to be released on the 17th of May but was then later delayed to the 19th of May. I checked their website on the 18th of May to find the game was not on their page. I then contacted the orders manager who confirmed my order and that my pre-order is secured and the reason they don't have the game on their web site any longer is that they were sold out and that only pre-orders will get the game. Upon arriving at BT games greenstone on Friday the 19,I was highly shocked and disappointed that my pre-order was not there and that only one game with the aim controller was delivered which was already sold.Dino the sales person said my pre-order was not reflecting on their system. After showing my confirmation SMS,he finally found my order. I have been shopping at BT for over 10 years and traded and bought hundreds of items from them including various consoles, the latest being the PS4 pro. Even though they give next to nothing for second hand games and yet sell them for more than double what they give you,I remained a loyal customer.I am truly disappointed and disgusted with the level for incompetence that a simple order which was confirmed way in advance cannot be honored. I will make it my mission to never shop at another BT games and make sure none of my Friends do as well, I will continue to use Animeworx, takealot and raru for my gaming needs. BT games is totally and utterly useless.</p>
