Terrible Service Delivery

I ordered a game online with the option to collect in store thinking I would get it quickly. Boy, was I dissapointed. Two weeks have gone past and they failed to deliver. I received one email stating that they are behind deliveries because of the PS5 launch. Come on guys, in this day and age where digital is replacing brick and mortar you would expect better communication and service delivery from a company like BT Games. I have always been a fan of your store but this left a sour taste. Is it too much to ask for you to reply to my emails?
