Terrible Service!!

So I bought a game from BT games Kollonade , Montanapark on Sunday the 6th of September 2015. Before I purchased the game I asked the representative about my choices, I needed a racing type game for my 4 year old who loves racing games, but the game needs to have free roaming and not force you to race the whole time. So the representative said I can go with Grid2, which I purchased for R350. We put the game in the machine when we got home only to notice the game did not have free roam as the representative suggested. Anyway, so today I went back to the store, only for them to say that they can't exchange the game or give a refund but can pay me R75 for the game. All the time I was speaking to the representative I was calm yet disappointed, and this young man (I think his name was Allen) told me in a very snotty attitude that he deals with clients like me all the time. He was very rude and even threw a piece of paper at me with the head office number when I asked hom for it. I left the store very angry, and I called head office and spoke to Mr. Steven Moore who could not help me either and said he will speak to the representative. I didn't believe him. Anyway, worst service ever!!
