Steven Moore is a ***** and can go **** himself.

<p>So I recently bought an Xbox 1 which came with the FIFA 17 game for my fiancé. He doesn't play soccer games and decides to take it to BT games to see if he could trade it in for something else that he plays. This game was brand new and still has the seal and was still in the packaging. The next thing some idiot at the N1 city branch is opening up the game to check the disk!! Like ***???? It's ****ing brand new. So we decide to phone this **** call Steven ****ing Moore... he tells us it's our fault that the game was opened we should have told them not to!! Are u kidding me and this doos is the head of complaints?? ***??? No wonder BT games are rated as one of the worst! On top of all of this BT games only wanted to give us R350 for a brand new game which is valued at R1100+. With the festive season coming up one would think they would try and keep their customers. Obviously not. I will never ever buy games from this **** place ever again and I used to buy quite a bit.</p>
