Staff Verbally Attacks Customers - BT Games East Rand Mall

Avoid East Rand Mall store at all costs, the "supposed manager" named Steven that works there has a bad temper / personality problem. I was shouted at before I could even pose my question on refunds on any product. He even said word by word "**** off out of my store and good luck doing anything about my behaviour". I've attempted to post a complaint with phone calls and emails but no responses from them. For anyone's sanity please avoid at all costs.
