Special in stock but would not sell

<p>A special currently running on the xbox one elite with free game and 3 month xbox live gold. In store the console was there however the staff would not sell it to me with all the items stating their store was not part of the special. I called the customer care line and was told the store is part of the special.</p> <p> </p> <p>this utterly horrible service and I having been a loyal customer to BTgames for years I feel I must now go elsewhere as the I don't care attitude of the staff left a bitter taste.</p>
