**** service at BT Games.

Absolute worst experience I have ever received! I took a remote there to be fixed on the 07 July, they told me it would take 4 days to fix, I phoned every week & they told me the remote was still not fixed, on the 16th August i phoned & they said I can come collect the remote, I went to fetch it on the 20th August , got home & tested the remote & the analog was broken! I took it back the same day - one hour later after I got it back - & once again was told it would take 4 days to fix, it has now been 17 days & after phoning today, they have not even fixed the remote! I am so so sick of the way they have treated us, the technician refuses to speak to me or help me , the receptionist lady at the head office is extremely rude & once she hears who it is she will not put me through to the technician etc.. basically, DO NOT GET YOUR **** FIXED AT BT GAMES! You will get absolute **** service!
