Rude service and flawed pre-order system

<p>I went to the BT Games shop in Mimosa Mall, Bloemfontein and got the rudest service ever by the long haired employee. He shows no interest in customers and is unwilling to assist. Also, pre-ordered games are never in stock. </p>
