Rude behavior in front of customer

<p>So we went to bt games in highveld mall witbank this morning to buy a pre played games as my husband was intrested in a games. The clerk hm-de villiers naude as it stands on the receipt made rude comments about the game we bought. Started with asking the other clerk what game we bought and then saying o its such a **** game and he wouldn't even buy it he didn't like the game. So he asked the other guy what he thought about it when he played it and he said no it was okay you just jump up and down and still level up. When it came to putting the game in the case he said i cant tell you which one is the installation disc coz there are "drie donerse cds". My oppion it doesn't matter how **** a game is you don't make rude remarks infront of the customer buying it and making them feel like an asshole never in my live will i buy anything from bt games again as we were loyal customers since the branch firts opend in highveld mall.</p>
