Purchased Games Don't Work

We purchased two Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 at BT games. The games don't play in our playstations. The regional manages know that the games don't work and that there is an error code when game has to update prior to playing. We are getting no response from Playstation and BT games continue to say to log a fault, but we did and the fault logging does not work. BT games refuse to refund our money for the games that does not work. <br> <br> No one is taking responsibility to this error therefore it is the game shop that should refund as they are the ones selling the games. Why don't they take the game off their shelves??
