Preorder - ZERO service or accountability

Useless. Laziest people under the sun. Cannot wait for physical stores like these to be put out of business by virtual retailers. Preorder a PS5 in JULY and now get told I was supposed to follow their website, or Sony etc etc....obviously now out of stock but NO attempt to text me, email me despite a confirmation they had my details. What do people like this think customer service or sales is...? Clearly happy that the fish jump into the boat an no need to even cast the net! The manager is not even apologetic. Go Takealot / AMAZON!
