Pre-Order Failure

I usually order online with one of your competitors, that usually have cheaper pricing, but this time I thought I would order from one of your stores as I had errands to run in the area.

I pre-ordered Bayonetta 2 for the Switch to be picked up from your La Lucia branch today. I received the sms notifying me that my copy is awaiting order. Cool, so during my errand run I go to pick up my copy.

I was met with faces of confusion saying the following:

"we don't have stock of this game" "we usually only stock bigger games in this store" "we probably won't have stock of this game, we usually only stock games like Mario"

I thought it was all a joke... Are your staff even aware this is one of Nintendo's big exclusives???

Why notify me that my copy is ready, when it isn't.

It really is a mystery how you guys are losing business to online shopping like Takealot, Raru and Loot. **HINT** this is sarcasm....
