Poor warranty service

I was very disappointed in the BT games in greenstone mall. I bought a ps4 less than 8 months ago and the hard drive seemed to be faulty. They won’t even consider anything with a change or repair. I used to love this store and honest never buy a console from them and their retailers would have changed for a new console as it is less than a year old
