Poor service

Hi I have been following up my online with for 2 consecutive days now and a guy by the name of terry continues to promise that my stuff will be delivered. The status of my order has yet to change and it’s been more than a week now and still nothing has happened. Poor service and poor feedback. Will never use them again.
