Poor Delivery and Customer service

Very bad delivery and customer service. Placed order 2 weeks ago, chose deoucery option of within 2 days. Received nothing. No emails are being responded to and tracking doesn't seem to work (based on reviews it looks like it's never worked) would recommend using takealot even if it is more expensive
