Poor customer service

Bt games customer service is going down, their trade back values are a joke, and the offers they make are unfair and nothing more than *******s to make quick profit,

About a month ago I bought red dead redemption 2 brand new from cna, its had game of the year 2019, and was a 105 GB game, for R1000, complete value for money, I completed the game and contacted bt games mall of africa,

They offered me R200 - R250...

I'm not saying a word more, as I think I'm done with them,

They obviously are becoming arrogant in the fact they have little competition and are taking advantage, the trading values they offer are going down by the day as well as their customer service

Here's a hint, instead of funding their greed, TRADE

On gumtree and olx, that's what I've been doing and its working perfectly
