Pathetic Customer service!!!!!

Ive purchased an xboxlive digital code a couple weeks ago.Ive tried redeeming the code and it was invalid. Ive tried contacting the orders manager multiple times from 6th october to 20th october and wasnt able to get ahold of them. I Eventually contacted them but their staff wasnt able to provide me troubleshooting options and made me contact microsoft myself. After the whole ordeal they didnt have the decency to provide me with an apology or even mail me to see if the problem has been resolved. Customer service is very important in any business and clearly they dont value their customers. In my oppinion people should rather support a more efficient and capable gaming outlet.
