No returns allowed even if they're faulty

My son bought a game on Saturday morning from the Fourways Branch which cost R399. The game didn't load on his PS3 as the update kept failing. We returned it the very next day with the intention of getting a new game, but were told that they could not refund us as there was nothing wrong with the game!!<br> <br> The assistant called the manager on the phone to ask his advise. He was told that they don't do refunds. I asked if I was expected to walk out less my R399 and the young sales assistant couldn't answer. He did say that he could buy it back as a second hand game, but couldn't give me a price. I asked him to call his manager again as he was incapable of giving me an answer but the manager didn't answer the phone. <br> <br> Basically they don't let you return merchandise which doesn't work. A complete *******<br>
