No Refund at BT Games - Buy Online at XBOX-Online

<p>I recently also bought a game from BT Games and the games stopped working after a while and I tried returning it. I talked to the guy behind the counter, to a regional manager and then to Stephen Moore, the all had the same stinking attitue - no refund, it is my problem. Well soon it is going to be your problem, because I urge everybody to buy online - if your XBOX or PS4 breaks or you buy a new one, you can just re-download your game. And the online games are cheaper and sometimes you get it free with Games for Gold. ***** BT games. Unfortunately Stephen is making a lot of money and when they go bankrupt, he will have a lot of money, but his employees will be without an income. BUT, what goes around, comes around . . .</p>
