Never order from BT Games

Don't ever order from BT Games online. Worst customer service ever. I order GR Breakpoint ultimate edition, because of the 3day early access but never got the game 3 days earlier and al they have to say its the supplier and not BT Games. Bull**** you as service provider has to make sure your shipments are in order and on time, thats what the customer parys for not bad excuses. Wonder what Ubisoft would think if they where to find out how BT Games misuses there products... Anyone that think of ordering from BT Games, i would rather you order from Amazon or Takealot to prevent you from having the same experience.
