Never buy anything at bt games.

Last week Wednesday I saw online advertising for a special that was to start on Friday at BT games. I phoned my local store (Northgate) to check if they would have stock or if it was only for sale online. The guy I spoke to said they would have 4 units for sale and provided I was there early I would not have a problem getting one. So on Friday morning I was outside the store an hour before opening. At 9am when they opened I was the st customer to be helped... or "unhelped". I was told head office had pulled the units and they were only available at the normal price, what a cheek. After complaining and seeing I was getting nowhere with the staff I decided to phone head office to complain. After several attempts to get to talk to someone in charge and the passing of the proverbial buck I ended up on the line with steven moore, national sales manager. Short story, he is rude, has no customer service, told me to go and complain on social media as well as anywhere else if I so like, even though I had not mentioned any of this but thanks for bringing it up steven. So after the "go fu@k yourself" from steven I did indeed complain on FB. I got a reply to please send an email and they will try assist me. A week alter and still no acknowledgment or reply to my email. Please do not support this company. They have their own interest at heart and o not care for their customers. I only wish I had seen the reviews prior to attempting to buy anything from them. Other retailers were running the same specials and I would have bought there had I known the kind of attitude and service I would get from bt.
