Left very disappointed!!

I pre booked a game with BT Games due to be released today, when I am at the store to fetch the game it's a complete joke firstly I get told that the guy is unsure of where the game is, someone comes to assist him and I get told after pre ordering the game on the 3rd of December!! That if it's a legendary edition you have to pay a deposit after it says on the email pay instore!!! I am so upset with BT games!! The best is that I get told to go buy the legendary edition at Takealot.com well I definitely will do that in future. Pathetic service by BT Games you won't see me again!
