Keeping good for personal use

I visited the BT games Menlyn branch on 24/05/2015 to buy the witcher 3 and little big planet 3 on PS4. They did not have witcher they were out of stock which is fine but they said little big planet 3 was also out of stock which is also fine however a man with limited gaming knowledge wanted to return a game after it was opened which he cannot under BT games policy they were very rude with the gentleman instead of explaining who left and also one of them said \that guy is ****ed up". I then went to Kolonade branch which is very helpful and polite that afternoon only to find out the Menlyn branch has 1 little big planet 3 in stock and that one of the employee at the Menlyn branch was keeping it to buy it for his girlfriend when he had the money shouldn't the customer come first? apparently not. On the BT games website you can see little big planet is in stock. So the BT Games Menlyn branch **** to my face. I advise everyone to stay very far away from the Menlyn branch as they don't respect their customers and customers come second. Everyone should definitely visit the Kolonade branch instead they are very polite and helpful and I commend them on their service."""
