Is this how you run a shop???

<p>I went to BT Games Centurion mall to buy a copy of No Man's Sky. Being a very popular game it was out of stock.</p> <p> <br />I asked the man behind the counter when they will have new stock. He casually said he does not know. Maybe tomorrow, maybe later in the week. When I asked him if I can secure a copy, he said no, it is on a first come first serve basis.</p> <p> <br />How am I supposed to know when to come in and buy a copy? Should I just rely on blind luck? This is not how you run a business. The employees clearly do not care about the customer,</p> <p> <br />Please help BT Games.</p>
