Incorrect information

I recently purchased a PS4 game for my son from BT Games (Mall of Africa). On purchase the sales consultant informed us that we needed Playstation membership in order to play, which we did. My son tries playing it and it says we need PlayStation Plus membership. I take it back the next day and the consultant says that they cannot take it back as it was opened. I told him that he should have been more specific when he asked us about the membership, he said he should have but there's still nothing he can do. I told him that I have spent R399 for a game, we cannot play and that I might as well have thrown the money in the bin and all he could say was that he was sorry.

BT Games should better train their staff so that they can give their customers the pr in when ma purchases. I now have a R399 game which my son cannot play.
