I pre ordered fifa 16 yet they did not put it in

So I Pre Ordered Fifa 16 and they did not even put it in the system for a discount price!!!!! I was there today and the same guy did not even put my name in their system I've never had this problem before but now all of the sudden I do!!!! so I'll be waiting for them to contact me !!!! or else I'll go buy the game and pre order it next year at Dion Wired!!!
