Horrible service

Never ever buy anything from BT Games (Canal Walk). I bought a R2800 mouse on Tuesday. Got home jumped on my pc to test mouse and to my surprise the scroll wheel button doesn’t work. I immediately called bt games and told them you sold me a faulty mouse. They told me to bring it back and they’ll have a look. They tested the mouse on their pcs in store and it still did not work. The sales person told me they had to send it away as the pcs they have are not the best. (Also I have tested the mouse on different pcs and as a gamer i know what to do in situations like this. I’ve done my extensive research, even before I bought the product). Regardless of having a good pc or not the scroll wheel button should work on a mouse whether it’s plugged in or not. I had to wait another 4 days for the mouse to be replaced for a new one!!! Firstly they sold me a broken mouse therefore I, the customer, had to suffer. The sales person was horrible. He is very egotistical. I told him the scroll wheel click ain’t working and he asks me does the mouse even have a middle button( (He wasn’t even sure if the mouse has one). He spoke very highly about himself stating that he knows so much about gaming etc. but knows jack about a gaming mouse that should have a scroll wheel button. BT games please do a audit on your stores cause your customer service is a mess. I’m not sure if the sales person was a manager but he surely was not a pleasant person to speak with/to. I’ll never buy anything from your store again.
