Honesty was the best policy

Last year December i tried a generic controller and thought it was a good buy. Unfortunately i did not keep the slip and couldn't take it back .That was purchased at cape gate branch without a warning about the controller. Before i made the purchase at Blue route i popped in at canal walk and was given the recommendation of trying the generic controller. I explained that i have tried it before but didn't even last 6 months. The response was just "oh" when i said i lost my receipt and couldn't take it back. I was two minded about buying another one and when i decided to take it i was at blue route branch. The clerk was very helpful, geeky and made me feel like i was in a video game store which is a rare trait these days in many stores. After he gave his input regarding different controllers and prices i told him i lost my receipt for previous purchase and will keep it this time. On that day honesty proved the best policy as he told me that generic brand usually packed up after 3 months. I forked out more money for the original but i'm way happier than i would have been if the generic packed up on month number 4. More stores need guys like Bradwin( as printed on till slip)
