Great Service from BT Games

Our family regularly orders games online from BT Games, and we are very impressed by the level of customer service from the franchise. Most recently, I had paid a deposit on a pre-order and used an incorrect reference number. Terry Clarke, as the Websales Manager for the whole chain, was great. My problem was solved quickly and with a minimum of fuss.<br> <br> I have also found that the staff at the actual brick-and-mortar stores are knowledgeable about their products and are always willing to help with orders and purchasing. Overall, BT Games offers good service and decent pricing.
