Faulty Products

BT Games Sandton is the worst place to buy anything! I bought a PS5 hard drive from them in December and when I attempted to use it the hard drive was faulty! I immediately called the Sandton branch to notify them. The manager told me to bring the device in and they will test it, I did so the next day and to my surprise the manager told me he couldn't test the device but had to send it to their supplier instead.

This is absolutely atrocious! I requested that they replace the device and they refused, I requested a refund and they refused, I requested they give me a voucher to buy something else in store and they refused. instead they took my money, left me without a hard drive, promised to call me back and it is now a month and I am yet to receive any communication from them. This is pure ********ity and I would NOT recommend anybody purchase any of their faulty products!
