Fantastic service : BT Games Cape Gate

After having a terrible experience at Makro regarding the purchase of a PS4 bundle (and subsequent refund) my elderly mum went to BT Games Cape Gate and received quite possibly the best customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and treated her with dignity, unlike Makro. They were even able to offer her a better deal on the PS4. Thank you, BT Games!
