Fantastic service

I would like to thank BT Games and, in particular, Michelle van Heerden for fast, efficient, and fantastic service!! In this day and age it's so great to come across companies who are willing to assist and give such fantastic service!! I would have totally understood if you were unable to assist but the fact that you could help, made a plan and did so very quickly...I just can't thank you enough!! I will certainly continue to support BT Games.
