False advertising and terrible service!

<p>Good day, with the current Black Friday promotions at BT Games I found an error in their pricing and subsequently I posted it on their Facebook page and shared it on my page too. The promotion read that you save R2000 on a specific Xbox one console (their original price is R5799) and now their new price is R4999. Which is not a R2000 saving at all. I brought it to their attention and what resulted was that I was blocked from their Facebook page and my posts were deleted. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have screenshots of the prices and promotions in question and I think it's ridiculous that they can falsely advertise "savings" just to make it seem like you are getting a better deal than they are willing to give you. </p>
